Preparing the Cordless Power Unit
You can use the cordless power unit both for mobile and stationary applications.
Mobile (see figure B1−B2)
- Place the cordless power unit on the covering (23) of the carrying system.
- Press the cordless power unit against the back panel of the carrying system until the locking lever (22) audibly clicks into place.
- Put the carrying system on like a rucksack and close the buckles (25) on the waist belt (24) and the chest strap (27) (quick-release system). Tighten the straps firmly.
- If necessary, adjust the carrying straps (26).
- For mobile applications, note that you will have higher space requirements from carrying the cordless power unit with the carrying system.
Stationary (see figure C)
- Place the cordless power unit on an even, dry surface or directly on the rebars.
- Make sure that you do not trip over the hose or cable when setting down the cordless power unit.
If necessary, use a drop prevention system (20) (e.g. drop prevention lanyards from Bosch).
- Always secure the drop prevention system (20) to the carrying handle (2) of the cordless power unit and never secure it to the carrying system.
- The carrying system is not intended as a drop prevention system.
