The following table explains the possible LED displays (1).
Colour | State | Meaning/cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|---|
White | Continuous light | Blade speed | |
Green | Continuous light | Battery charged | |
Yellow | Continuous light | Battery almost empty see Battery charge indicator | Replace or charge battery soon |
Continuous light | Critical temperature has been reached (motor, electronics, battery) | Run the power tool at no load and allow it to cool down | |
Red | Continuous light | Battery empty see Battery charge indicator | Replace or charge battery |
Continuous light | Power tool has a system fault (impact shutdown, drop control or jam) | Restart the power tool or remove and reinsert the rechargeable battery. |
The belt speed can be increased with the button for increasing the belt speed (2) and reduced with the button for reducing the belt speed (3). The required belt speed can also be adjusted during operation.

1−2 | Low |
1–4 | Medium |
1–5 | High |
The required orbital stroke rate is dependent on the material and the work conditions and can be determined using practical tests.
The Constant Electronic keeps the oscillation speed at no load and under load virtually consistent, guaranteeing uniform performance.
After working at a low orbital stoke rate for an extended period, you should operate the power tool at the maximum orbital stroke rate for approximately three minutes without load to cool it down.
